“I went along this morning to my first Nia class, Wow! What a wonderful experience it was. It was like doing exercise without the ‘I’m bored’ feeling. A lovely bunch of women moving to music in an “energetic as you feel like ” fashion . As if no one is watching. You are encouraged to listen to what yr body wants. I felt energized and relaxed at the same time but i also worked up a bit of a sweat. The guided meditation to finish as part of the cool down was the icing on the cake. We all walked…
